GREY WING SECURITY

IT Program

Run the systems your team uses every day.

Employee accounts, managed devices, SaaS administration, and infrastructure operations, from onboarding through daily maintenance.

When this program fits

For growing companies where founders or engineers still handle account requests, device setup, and IT maintenance.

  • New hires wait for accounts and laptops; departing staff retain access.
  • Device inventory, patching, and administrator permissions need cleanup.
  • SaaS, network, or cloud administration depends on one person's memory.

The work inside the program.

From the first review to recurring work.

Start with a defined phase or an ongoing program.

  1. Inventory & baseline

Review accounts, devices, applications, and infrastructure. Record missing owners, unmanaged systems, and recurring requests.

  2. Configure & document

Apply agreed settings, clean up access, and document the workflows your team will use.

  3. Operate & maintain

Process agreed requests, maintain the inventory, review backups, and schedule system changes.

  4. Review & plan

Review open issues, upcoming hires, renewals, and infrastructure needs with your decision-maker.

Responsibilities and scope.

Your team

  • Name a decision-maker for access, device, vendor, and network changes.
  • Provide access to the approved systems and current vendor contacts.
  • Approve employee-impacting changes, purchases, and maintenance windows.

Agreed before kickoff

  • The proposal lists supported systems, locations, request types, and working hours.
  • Hardware, vendor licenses, and specialist implementation costs are separate.
  • Security monitoring and audit preparation are defined through the Security and GRC programs when needed.

Fees depend on systems, deliverables, and operating requirements. How pricing works

Before we get started.

Can you work with our IT lead or existing MSP?

Yes. We identify which systems and requests Grey Wing handles, which remain with your team or provider, and how changes are approved.

Does this include a help desk or after-hours support?

Support channels, request types, working hours, and response expectations are set in the proposal. After-hours support is not included by default.

Are hardware and software licenses included?

Hardware, vendor subscriptions, and third-party implementation fees are identified separately from Grey Wing's program fee.

How does IT differ from the Security Program?

IT runs accounts, devices, applications, and infrastructure. Security defines and improves protective controls, investigates security alerts, and prepares incident response. The programs can share a work plan when both are needed.

Discuss the IT Program.

Bring your systems, current gaps, and any deadline. We’ll use the conversation to define priorities and the first work plan.
